Rent place – check! Move out – check! More mods to the Prado – check!

Since our last post we have ticked some pretty major things off our to do list. We managed to find some renters for our apartment, which was welcome news. On the otherhand they wanted it unfurnished, which was a lot more work! So we have spent every spare moment of the last two weeks packing, storing and moving which has been exhausting! But with the help of some wonderful friends and family we have made it through it and are now settled into our temporary home at The Clarks for the next month before we leave. Big thanks go to The Clarks for their cleaning prowess, Pat and Bernie for their generous storage solutions and to DE for lending us a truck to move – we couldnt have done it without you all!

We’ve also had some more work done on the Prado, with the fitting of the rear cargo barrier, 45 litre stainless water tank and dual rear drawers. These mods will allow easy access to essential items, protection from the amount of cargo we’ll be carrying and convenient storage of drinking water.
